In this application, continuous-flex Chainflex® CF9 TPE control cables have a much longer service life than the cables previously used. These are safely guided by igus® Energy Chains® cable carriers from the E2 Micro family. Furthermore, the belt-drive units of the gates are equipped with tribologically optimized iglide® plastic plain bearings, which have reduced wear rate considerably.
