The four plain bearings on this folding bike design form the connecting elements between the different components and must withstand all loads involved while the bike is ridden. The bearings needed to be low maintenance, low wear, long life, insensitive to dirt and low cost. iglide® plastic bushings were found to be the perfect fit.
