one-piece and two-piece e-chains®
with a low weight and are therefore
ideal for highly dynamic applications. E2 ESD micro e-chains® are stable and available in many versions. igus® also offers numerous accessories and mounting options.

The values can also be used for the assessment of applications of e-chains® in special material ESD. In case the respective maximum unsupported length exceeds by 80%, the suitability of the e-chain® must be ensured by a practical test.

Option 1: Separators
Option 1 – Separators and full-width shelvesSeparators can be arranged at any position in the chain cross section to divide the interior of the e-chain®. They are mounted on every 2nd chain link as standard! Note: with the E2C. 15. Insert the interior separators before assembling the e-chain®!
