1. No pin and bore connection,
little abrasion2. Can be lengthened and shortened as required, thanks to modular design3. Small pitch for quiet, smooth running4. Continuous gliding surfaces5. Smooth, cable-friendly interior6. internal stop-dog7. Very large gliding surfaces8. Enclosed design – Protection against minor contamination, weld splatter and environmental influences9. KMA mounting brackets with option to fasten from any side10. Optionally with or without integrated C-profile
Inner width Bi: 40 to 300 mm
Bending radii R: 75 up to 250
Pitch: 30 mm per link = 34 links/m
* The required clearance height is HF = H + 40 mm (with 2 kg/m fill weight), this should be taken into account for all application types.Please contact us if you have particularly narrow space conditions.
** The calculated length corresponds to the chain length without mounting brackets.

Fill weight = 1,5 [kg/m]
Unsupported length FLB = 2,4 m
Travel = 4,8 m
from 6 m to max. 80 mChain length= S/2+K2Long travels – gliding (up to max. 80 m) Here, the e-chain® upper on lower run gliding in a guide trough is used. We recommend letting our engineers support you when planning this type of system. In case of travels between 4 m and 6 m, we recommend a larger unsupported e-chain®.

Option 1: Separators
Option 1 – Separators
Separators can be placed anywhere in the chain's cross-section to divide the interior of the e-chain – As standard, separators are fitted every 2nd chain link!
Indentations in the separator show the "clamping" side of the separator.
On this side, the separator is securely locked in the tube lid or base
Standard division with separator, R6.52.11
Tie wrap plate or strain relief with C-profile can be fitted to the last chain link.
