Option 2: Intermediate shelves When using many cables of different diameters - E-Chains® and E-Tubes can be partitioned both vertically and horizontally

32.2 Faster installation of cables
Separator for igus® snap-open crossbar 385.X. Q. One side fixed seating with wide base, narrow opposite side for easy cable installation (easily clamped). Also usable in E-Tubes

Separator with narrow base for many thin cables

3200.x Horizontal division
Locks in securely at both ends of the separator,
secure width fixing possible. Can be used as
a full-width shelf for integrated partitioning or as a shelf for
rack-like separation on 1 level.
Side plates 286, separators 288 and intermediate shelves 386.X form the basic grid of a shelving system. At a height grid of 7 mm, intermediate shelves of various widths can be arranged in 3 levels For special applications: Separator with injection moulded shelf 281.S.57 (57,5 mm) or 281.S.45 (45 mm).
For a very fine partitioning, height slot separators 291 are used (not for E-Tubes). These cannot however be subsequently integrated in an existing division without dismantling the interior separation. The one-side open height slot separator part no. 297 can be subsequently integrated in existing shelvings without disassembling them. In the installation of the open height slot separators, the top and bottom grid levels cannot accommodate an intermediate shelf.

Aluminum "Super Trough"- the igus® standard
The Aluminum "SuperTrough" is a modular guide trough system for long travels (when E-Chains® glide on themselves, as per sketch). Aluminum "SuperTrough" is available in low cost "basic versions" and can be upgraded for heavy duty applications. This universal usage makes it the igus® recommended new standard trough system.
