2. Intermediate shelves
Option 1: Separators and spacers igus® separators are mounted every 2nd chain link as a standard!
Standard separator 6401 for E-Chains® offers secure stability under load with its wide base, even for thick cables and hoses Separators (e.g. "lying on the side") can be fixed in position by means of spacers
405.XX for e-chains® . The available inner height is reduced by 2 mm for each spacer and side. To avoid this, the parts can also be mounted on the outside of the crossbar (not for long travels) XX = Width of spacer (select from 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 mm)
The notch separator for E-Chain® 6408 is used in applications with very high humidity, e.g.compost plants. The lateral dog provides for the even alignment of the separators; in uneven alignment, the E-Chain® can be opened only by destroying the separators.
Option 2: Intermediate shelves When using many cables of different diameters - E-Chains® and E-Tubes can be partitioned both vertically and horizontally
Side plates 6002, separators 6403 and intermediate shelves 420.X form the basic grid of a shelving system. At a height grid of 7 mm, intermediate shelves of various widths can be arranged in 15 levels The one-side open slotted separator Part No. 6405 can be subsequently integrated in existing interior separations without disassembly of the existing interior separation. In the installation of the open height slot separators, the top and bottom grid levels cannot accommodate an intermediate shelf.
Roller clip - minimizes the abrasion in particularly sensitive hoses. It is simply clamped onto the crossbar. The moving rollers compensate the movements between chain und hose.
